Density Matrix Renormalization Group – running

Density Matrix Renormalization Group (DMRG) is a newly develepod quantum chemical method which can handle strong correlation effects properly. DMRG can treat larger active spaece than previously applied Complete Ative Space method therefore new still unsolved chemical problems become available for investigation. The aim of the project is to study chemical/biochemical problems those cannot be handled without DMRG.
